A Gratitude Journal

Since we are in the month of Thanksgiving it’s important that we get in the attitude of being grateful and what better way to practice what we say about it than by writing down reasons for which we are thankful for.
I think this Gratitude List I have made will help, it has a section for listing 10 things you are grateful for, a list of people you are thankful for, a section to write what made your day great, this will be great to look back on, and a part where you write something you are grateful for about yourself.
We have so many reasons to be grateful for. If you only take a couple of minutes and write them down your heart will fill with joy because you have so much, no matter what those things are.
