Hello friends, Happy New Year!
I know, I know…the month of January is almost over. To be honest it hasn’t been an easy month for me. In December my Grandfather passed away, and I have to say, it’s made me have a hard time this January.
I have been working on a self care routine and healing my heart, though I have been struggling with my anxiety and depression, I’m beginning to see a bit of light coming through just like Spring is slowly making it’s way out.
I hope you have been doing well and have stayed safe this month.
Here are 10 things I have done for my January Bucket List:
1-Reflect + Plan + Dream for the Year.
2-Give yourself a manicure + pedicure.
4-Write out words that have been speaking to me or repeating themselves to me this past year and choose a word for the year.
5-Take things slow. It takes time to get into a groove each new year.
6-Set attainable goal for books I want to read.
7-Take down Christmas Decorations.
8-Rearrange my bedroom.
9-Go for outdoor walks.
10-Make a new songs Playlist for January.
