
Hello friends! I hope you had a good day on Valentines Day and got to celebrate with your partners, and if you are single at the moment, I hope you told your friends on Galentines that you are grateful to have them in your life, you don’t need to be in a relationship to enjoy the holiday…and if you don’t like the holiday, I hope you had a good day! Haha.
As I said last month in my January Bucket List, I had been dealing and having a hard time with my anxiety and depression last month, but thankfully to God this month I am beginning to feel much better and a bit more like myself. Grateful for that.
This month’s Bucket List is a about selfcare and doing things that enrich your soul, mind and body a bit.
I hope you feel inspired to spend some time taking care of yourself so that you can be better prepared and ready to serve those around you at home, work and the world around you.

1-Write a note to your girlfriends for Galentines or simply to tell them you love them!
2-Do your nails.
3-Reorganize your closet.
4-Throw away old skin care or makeup.
5-Get a haircut!
6-Listen to new music.
7-Send a gratitude voice note to 2 friends.
8-Spend 30 minutes watercolor painting.
9-Find a new, interesting to you, podcast to listen to.
10-Go for morning and afternoon walks.
