If you haven’t tried to make the tiktok recipe that went viral at the beginning of 2021 you have to make it. It’s fame grew so much that aparently grocery stores in Finland ran out of Feta Cheese because everyone was making this recipe! So here it is for your sure enjoyment at home. It’s an easy to make recipe that you will love!
Ingredients:
Feta cheese
cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoons Olive oil
Italian Seasoning
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Garlic powder
1 large Garlic clove
In a casserole/baking dish place feta cheese in the center of dish, finely dice 1 large garlic clove, cut in half cherry tomatoes and add to dish, drizzle olive oil 2 tbsp on top and all over the ingredients, sprinkle a tsp of italian seasoning, dash of salt, and garlic powder, add fresh basil at the end.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Bake in oven for 25 minutes.
After taking it out of the oven, with a fork dissolve feta cheese and mix with tomatoes. It will become a delicious paste. Enjoy mixed with pastas or on top of toast as a spread, delicious!
