October 2025 Bucket List

Hello again dear reader, I hope you are all well. Today I bring to you my October Bucket List for 2025 for you. I hope this Fall/Autumn you will be blessed and you may be safe. Knowing that the Lord is near those who fear Him!

This month I am adding ideas for you to do at home and to explore going out of your own cities or towns.🙂 Always trying to keep the daily routines of walking in the afternoons at least 30 minutes. Reading is a must!

There are so many books to choose from I’ve currently been reading the ebook The Soft Life Handbook – A Feminine Guide to Slow Living, Boundaries, and Romanticizing Your Life by Airy Fairy Press. I found it and it caught my attention on Kindle and I got the book. Living softly and slowly a woman seems appealing to me in this season.

We have been bombarded by feministic teaching disguised through culture and media as something good for us women when in fact it feels to me like it is directing toward a lifestyle for which I do not agree with. I am grateful for the early women who fought for our rights as women all over the world and in America back many years ago, and for that I am grateful, we have so many freedoms! But trying to put down our men and diminishing their worth is not my cup of tea either. They do so much for us and we women need them in our lives. As our own husbands, brothers, uncles and fathers. Also as women we seem to be living striving and in our masculine energies a lot of the time. (Just in case, we all have masculine and feminine energies in us, men and women have both. It does not mean gender in that sense.) Which when we lean toward the opposite enrgy it causes burnout a lot of the time.

  • Masculine Energy:Outwardly focused, action-oriented, logical, and goal-driven. Feminine Energy:Inwardly focused, process-oriented, emotional, intuitive, and focused on connection.

We as women serve a very important place in our world and society as connectors, people who are like bridges, connecting people from all walks of life and cultures and making them feel seen, loved and at home with us.

Psalm 144:12, says, “May our sons flourish in their youth like well-nurtured plants. May our daughters be like graceful pillars, carved to beautify a palace” (New Living Translation).

We were all created with different purposes which God alone Knows and we get to live this life as the only life we have.

Confucius said: “We have two lives, and the second begins when we realize we only have one.”

“Anyone who has a why to live can bear almost any what.”- Friedrich Nietzche

Remember this is your only chance to actually make a dent and make difference in the lives of others around you, to love and serve them. To create change for the good of those coming after us and in the lives of those we love.

So my encouragement is to get outside of your comfort zone and do the hard things. Put the phones down not only are they rewiring and damaging our brains and health but we may be losing our own abilities which God has given us to steward and to use them for His Glory…So do the thing, do the thing you have been putting off to do, and be disciplined and consistent. And if you fall, get back up, put your trust in God for He alone is strong enough to Hold us in His arms.

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. 6 In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths. 7 Be not wise in your own eyes; fear the Lord, and turn from evil. 8 It will be healing for your flesh and refreshment to your bones.” Proverbs 3:5-8 English Standard Version.

Life is not about the things we accomplish but about how we treat others. “People are more important than activities.” I always remember this saying by my Grandpa.

So friends, here is my October 2025 Bucket LIst, I hope you enjoy!:
