September Bucket List 2025
Hello dear Friends! I hope you are all well. Thank you for the support in liking the blog posts you enjoy most! I truly appreciate it. I’d like to share with you last month was a bit of hard one for me emotionally and with sleep or the lack of it, which is why I share in the Bucket List below to Rest at least twice a week, or work for half a day once a week aside from having a weekend I think.
I’ve been able to get some needed rest those days I have done that. I am very grateful and fortunate enough to be able to live with my parents for now and to have a part time job that allows me to work from home. I have shared with you before that I have struggled with anxiety and depression in my life since I was 17 and into my 20’s. I say struggled because back in those days there was not as much awareness about mental health. We all need mental health if we don’t know how to care for our brain health, emotions and overall health and lives we are going to be doing damage to ourselves due to the lack of knowledge.
I am trying to stay healthy as we all do. But I’ve been walking and biking in the afternoons in a walking pad and a stationary bike. Haha! But I do get outside to get some sunlight.
On a different note, I’ve recently felt a bit lost, I feel like I am in transition in my life and career/job. Don’t get me wrong I love my life have gratitude for what God has provided. He is good always. I try to find an explanation for why I feel like this and I find it could be I’ve been thinking about the age of 40 and how it is slowly nearing…and the noise that is made about peri-menopause and menopause. I guess I’ve been a bit overwhelmed and nervous or scared about it to be honest. So I thankfully got an idea to look up on my Kindle for a book about life after 40 and there is actually a book called Life After 40: Thriving, Not Just Surviving: Pratical Wisdom, Self Care Strategies, and Renewed Purpose for Women After 40. Haha! And It feels like an older lady is sharing the secrets with you for handling that time in a woman’s life in a different way than the world paints it to be. So I am looking forward to finishing that book, I am currently reading it.
Also, I was on YouTube when in my feed I found a youtube channel of a woman in Italy and it’s all about Slow Living. I love watching what recipes she creates and watching her care for her garden and even some travel vlogs. Very calming, and a breath of fresh air for what’s out there, at least for me it is. I don’t watch tv so what I do is I watch that. Lol I hope you enjoyed the catch up with me style blog post. I have two more blog post coming up and ready for you! So that is some good news for ya! Sending Love, Life and Safety. God bless you dear reader.
