July 2025 Bucket List

Hi friend! It’s summer! And I couldn’t be more grateful for it. This month of July I’m keeping it real. I’ve been enjoying lemonades (store bought lol) so much, I don’t know why but I’ve come to like lemonades more this year. lol . And since I’ve changed my eating habits and meals, I’ve been grateful for the fruit like cherries and watermelon, which I’ve gotten to enjoy this summer. I am also trying to incorporate eating more protein in my meals.

Also I am trying not to take things too seriously. Life is short and if we don’t smell the roses along the path we will miss them. So turn off that phone and actually spend some quality time with your kids and family/partner and friends. Be present. Breathe. And enjoy this season. This summer let’s make it count. By the quality of time spent with family and doing things we enjoy. I keep saying this but it seems like it is more and more necessary to remind others that life is not online but in real life! Get outside be in nature and make new friends, whether by going to church or by going to a gym or signing up to some type of sport or art classes with other people your age. Life is more meaningful when we also live it in community.

Let me know what you are doing to counter that pull to be only online and to be isolated. Blessing to you all and stay safe.

Here is my July 2025 Bucket List:
