Grocery List for When You Need It

Hi friend! You ever feel like you don’t know what to buy for groceries at the grocery store or you end up buying random stuff you don’t need?!

I know I have, I either don’t get what I truly needed and end up getting food that is not nourishing and is just plain junk food.

So today I thought I would publish my most recently used grocery list without the condiments or cleaning products. Obviously, you don’t have to buy all of this at once but build it up weekly or in a monthly grocery shopping haul. I’d like to make this available on here so we can access it if you are ever at the grocery store and forgot to make a list, this is here to be of assistance.

Recently my diet is a gluten free, and lactose free, sugar free (I try to anyway) diet. Why? For health reasons, I do not want to develop diabetes and am working on reversing Hashimoto’s and I know I just feel overall better when I eat like this. I know too much sugar or caffeine messes with my anxiety and a lack of exercise only takes energy from life instead of gives life energy.

So for that I am walking 10-20 minutes 5 days a week more or less depending on circumstances or things that come up, I think it would be best if I did that in the morning instead of in the afternoon as I have been doing because by then things just come up and it gets moved to another day and doesn’t get done. It is a working process and requires consistency and self-discipline. I know I can do this, therefore I want to invite you to look at your eating habits and patterns, do you eat out too much? I have come to the conclusion that homemade meals are more nutritious and maybe even cheaper, plus you get to use your creativity coming up with the meal plans! haha!

Speaking of meal options, I will be posting a couple of recipes here and there this spring and summer, that we try here at home too, so you can enjoy those too!
