For Those Who are Single

You are not alone in life. There’s a number of other men and women who are just like you out there.

Keep going, keep bettering yourself, be open to life’s surprises, to love and to whatever God has for you. Remember God is working inside you as he is working in those around you and if you are waiting for marriage, he is working in his or her life as well.

Don’t worry about what tomorrow will bring, leave it all in the Everlasting arms of Jesus. He knows what is ahead, what’s behind and what is here and now. Look ahead. Look to heal the parts of you that need healing. Work on your areas that need work. Be the kind of person who you are looking for is looking for. Don’t be proud, recognize when you are wrong, be forgiving and learn in patience to wait and listen before speaking. Be kind to those around you, even when you don’t feel like being kind.

Your time will come sooner rather than later if you keep going. Don’t forget to enjoy your family around you. He has you there for a reason now.

I don’t know exactly what you may be going through but only wish and know to tell you, to put your hope in God, tell him your desires, hopes and dreams, your troubles, your problems. He will answer, not especially quickly or how you might expect, but keep your eyes opened to see what He is doing, how He is answering your prayers. He will never leave you or forsake you.
