Hello friends! It’s December, the last month of the year! This year it’s been a bit of a happy sad month. Happy because I am grateful we came to the end of another year and sad because we are saying goodbye to the year in which we learned and grew so much!
This year I am changing up the kind of Bucket Lists I will be doing they are going to be Selfcare focused. I believe we need to take care of ourselves, and I don’t know about you but I have felt a bit tired this week that is the end of the month of December. But God is good and though we are all separate and alone, we are also in this life together we are here to help one another, like what Jesus said to do to others as we would like them to do to us.

1-Cold shower in the morning
2-Make Hot Chocolate
3-Wear fuzzy warm socks
4-Prayer
5-Spend time reading a book
6-Paint or get your nails done
7-Clean your bedroom for the New Year
8-Go out with family to see Christmas lights!
9-Go outside to walk
10-Get some sun, vitamin D from the sun is super important!
